WHERE DOES EIGÌ DELIVER?

We ship worldwide. For any specific inquiries, please email eigidesign@gmail.com and we will follow up with you shortly.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer free global shipping on orders over 190€. International orders are shipped via DHL Express (for no additional charge), after production times(1-2 weeks) typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Please note that all shipping options require signature upon delivery.

If you have further questions about shipping, please email us. We’re happy to help! Note that EIGÌ is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered and/or signed for.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your order will ship on or before the date listed in the fine print on the product page when you purchased. If you have any questions, please reach out to eigidesign@gmail.com and we can provide a more detailed status update for your particular order.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will have the ability to track your package on the corresponding shipping carrier’s website.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us at eigidesign@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We’re sorry it didn’t work out. To begin a return or exchange, please email eigidesign@gmail.com with your Order # in the Subject Line and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with next steps to manage your return.
