WHAT DO I RECEIVE BY ORDERING AN EIGÌ BAG?
Each bag will include the shoulder strap in the same color as the body of the bag, a protective bag and a box with our logo.
HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE AN EIGÌ BAG?
We remind you that customized bags like ours are produced on request at the time of your order and it can take up to 3 weeks to be made depending on the availability of the leather and our atelier at that time. If you have any doubts about the timing required at the time of your order, you can write to us at eigidesign@gmail.com and we will be happy to provide you with more information.
ABOUT THE CHECKOUT?
Products on eigimilano.com are sold on a first come, first served basis. Items in the cart are only reserved when you begin the checkout process, when the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.
HOW DO I REPAIR AN ITEM?
You can send an e-mail to eigidesign@gmail.com with some photos of the problem to repair a product purchased from eigimilano.com and and we will get back to you.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY EIGÌ BAG?
Your product has been handcrafted in Italy to the highest quality standards, by artisans using the finest materials. It is possible for colour variations and markings to appear in the leather. These are naturally occurring features that add to the uniqueness of your Eigì product and should not be thought of as imperfections. Prolonged and direct exposure to sources of light and heat should also be avoided. If your product gets wet, remove any excess moisture by dabbing lightly with a soft dry cloth and dry at room temperature. If the metal hardware on your product becomes discoloured, use a dry jewellery cleaning cloth to remove any tarnishing. When not in use we recommend storing your product in a cool dry place, in the Eigì dust bag which accompanied it
HOW DO I PAY AND WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We use Paypal methods of payment for purchases made via Eigì online shopping page. For some countries Paypal allowed to pay by credit card without having a Paypal account, if your country is not one of these we kindly recommend you to create a Paypal account.
CAN I SHOP WITH CASH ON DELIVERY?
We do not accept the cash on delivery method.
